Rise Above Fitness, LLC only sells in wholesale quantities to qualified retailers. If you are looking to buy Rise Above Fitness products for yourself or as a gift, please order directly from our site,


Rise Above Fitness, LLC wholesale is not available to imprinters, embroiders, apparel decorators, and/or promotional product professionals.



In order to set up your account, you are required to complete and submit the Wholesale Account Request Form online at Once you submit the request from, you will receive an auto generated confirmation email confirming receipt of your request. Once your request is reviewed, our wholesale team will contact you via email to complete the application process and verify your business. Please allow 3-5 business days for account approval – we take this part seriously as we only allow qualified retailers to sell our products. We appreciate your time to carefully supply this information to us and we will do our best to ensure your customer experience is simple and quick so you can start selling Rise Above Fitness products as soon as possible! Once we complete the approval process, you will be issued an account and login passcode – this will allow you to create and submit orders at your convenience.


Not all applications will be approved for wholesale. Rise Above Fitness, LLC reserves the right to deny wholesale account requests for any reason.



Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice. Wholesale account holder will be able to view updated pricing once logged into their account.



Payment for all wholesale orders must be made at time the order is placed. Wholesale orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.  Rise Above Fitness, LLC does not offer net terms at this time. For your convenience, we accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards. All payments are processed via PayPal merchant services. Sorry, we do not accept personal and/or business checks. We do not offer COD; however, drop-shipping may be an option – please contact for any drop-ship requests.



If you are reselling Rise Above Fitness products via your online store, you must have a shopping cart plug-in on your site. Be sure to include your online website address for verification when submitting your Wholesale Application From to us.

All orders must meet the minimum order requirements of 12 pieces per item / design. Price breaks may, depending on product, be offered at each of the following quantities:

Pricing is available only to wholesale account holders and may be viewed when logged into their account. Qualified Retails are not authorized to share pricing information with any other individual. Sharing confidential information is subject to account termination. Pricing, availability, and quantity minimums are subject to change without notice.



Wholesale account holders must place their orders online via and when logged in to their account. Rise Above Fitness, LLC does not accept wholesale orders via email and/or phone. All orders must be placed online when logged into your wholesale account.



Unfortunately, we cannot make any alterations to your order once it is placed.



Shipping your order, and shipping it correctly and as quickly as possible, is our number one goal. You can expect most orders to ship within 7-10 business days after your order is processed. At this time, all wholesale orders are shipped via the United State Postal Service (USPS); we do not use any other carrier even upon request. Wholesale orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. Sorry, we do not offer “Rush Processing”, “Expedited Shipping”, and/or “Special Handling” at this time. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to USPS within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and its original packaging to verify damages arising from transit.


Yes, we ship internationally; however, shipping charges may increase significantly from domestic shipments. Due to packages passing through customs when shipped internationally, we cannot guarantee delivery time and this process may take up to six (6) weeks, or longer. Also, as an international buyer, there are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.


Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all freight costs.




You should never have any issues with items being on backorder as we will do our best to keep our site updated on a daily basis to make sure you can’t order anything out of stock; however, should there be that one rare occasion when an item is backordered, it will be shipped within ten (10) to thirteen (13) business days of the original ship date. Additional shipping will be charged on all backorders. If you decide you do not want the items that are on backorder, you must cancel those items via email to If you do not cancel the backordered items, we will assume you still want them and we will ship automatically once back in stock. No backorders less than $50 will be shipped and refunded without notification.



We promise to do our best to ship your order correctly. In the event there is a problem with your order, please notify Rise Above Fitness via email to within ten (10) days of receipt to be eligible for return. All returns must be accompanied by Rise Above Fitness’ approval of return (to be sent via email).


All authorized returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight. Rise Above Fitness will waive the 15% restocking fee ONLY on returns and exchanges that are a result of our improper completion of the original order and/or item defect.


Should you resell any item that is a manufacturer defect, please notify Rise Above Fitness via email to within thirty (30) days from the date that your customer received the defective item. We will be happy to replace it; however, you must return the defective item to Rise Above Fitness, LLC prior to replacement. We will not send any replacements or issue credits for defective items that we have not seen.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returns to the wholesaler at the wholesaler’s expense. Rise Above Fitness, LLC reserves the right to refuse return/exchange requests that do not meet all criteria above.



At this time, Rise Above Fitness, LLC does not offer custom wholesale orders. All items available for wholesale purchase will be available online to wholesalers when logged into their wholesale account.



Final sale items include, but are not limited to, sale items, limited edition items, custom cut items, headwear (hats, snapback, beanies, headbands, etc.), and undergarments.



If any outstanding balance falls more than five (5) calendar days behind dues date, Customer agrees to pay a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) UDS late fee per each five (5) calendar days payment is late. If payment is not made within twenty (20) calendar days of due date, Customer will be subject to outstanding balance, all late fees, plus a surcharge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total unpaid bill per thirty (30) calendar days until payment is collected. If a bill is ninety (90) calendar days or more outstanding, Company reserves the right to turn the matter over to collections. If a collections case is opened, customer agrees to pay for all reasonable expenses incurred in resolving such dispute, including all attorneys’ fees.


We charge $75.00 USD for all unjustified credit card chargebacks and PayPal disputes.



Wholesale account holders may only resell Rise Above Fitness, LLC Apparel purchased directly from Rise Above Fitness, LLC, and as Rise Above Fitness, LLC products, including but not limited to, apparel, accessories, headwear, undergarments, stickers, shakers, etc.


We will not set any resell pricing for any of our wholesale account holders; however, we do expect that our items be sold at a reasonable retail markup. If we disagree with any wholesale account holder’s resell procedure, including but not limited to, taking part in Facebook ‘buy ins’, or flea market type environments, on ebay or etsy, we reserve the right to refuse future business with you, We don’t condone ebay or etsy sales of our items.


Wholesale account holders may not resell Rise Above Fitness, LLC Apparel to any person or entity, under any circumstances or through any means, as their own product. If a product purchased directly from Rise Above Fitness, LLC has been modified in any way, including but not limited to, printing, cutting, embellishing, or decorating, these items are not eligible for resell. Rise Above Fitness, LLC shall have sole discretion to determine whether their wholesale account holders have modified any products at any time.


Removing any Rise Above Fitness label from any of our merchandise is not acceptable. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with any customer reported doing so.


Wholesale customers may not resell Rise Above Fitness apparel / accessories via Etsy. You must sell via your own online store / website. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with any customer reportedly selling on improper sites.


As a condition of purchasing Rise Above Fitness, LLC Apparel as a wholesale account holder, you, the wholesaler, agree that these terms apply to ALL Rise Above Fitness, LLC products you now have or later acquire, whether or not obtained from us and weather or not such products were previously or would otherwise be subject to these terms. Rise Above Fitness, LLC reserves the right to take any necessary legal action against any wholesale account holder who purchases Rise Above Fitness, LLC products for sale as their own.


Rise Above Fitness, LLC reserves the right to change and/or modify our resell policy at any time and without prior notice.



We do enforce a rule regarding account inactivity – If we haven’t heard from you in six (6) months, including placing wholesale orders, we will assume you are no longer interested in purchasing via wholesale and your account will be closed. You will have to complete the application process again before you are issued a new wholesale customer account.



To ensure your store/gym is able to provide unique products, we determine exclusivity based on your zip code along with other criteria determined by Rise Above Fitness, LLC. Please keep in mind that we are not able to offer exclusivity to online stores, websites, catalogs, franchise stores, etc.; however, we do our best to protect our wholesale customers.



We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from Rise Above Fitness. If you aren’t satisfied, please contact us via email at While shipping charges are not refundable, if your order did not meet your expectations, it can be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging and we’ll be glad to exchange it for something different (please review return policy).



Wholesale account holder shall not use the name Rise Above Fitness, RAF, Rise Above, or any other trade name or trademark of Company in any publicity, advertising, telephone listing, signs, business cards, letterhead, media known or hereafter developed (including without limitation in social media) or in any other manner whatsoever, without the express, prior written consent of Company.



Wholesale account holder acknowledges that the results and proceeds of the services provided hereunder, including without limitation all ideas, themes, materials, designs developed, copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patent, programs or other information created and/or provided by wholesale account holder (the “Work”) hereby constitutes “work made for hire” as that term is defined in the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. §101 et seq. and is owned by Company, for any use Company chooses with indefinite duration of right to use said work. To the extent that any Work is deemed not to be a work made for hire, and without limiting the foregoing, wholesale account holder hereby assigns and transfers all right, title, ownership and interest therein known or unknown hereafter ascertained, including but not limited to, all copyright rights therein, the right to secure the copyright (and all renewals, reissues and extensions thereof) throughout the world, without any restrictions as to use, to Company. Company may reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, display, license, assign, transfer and/or otherwise use the Work, and all elements and derivatives thereof, in whole or in part, in all media now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation in social media), worldwide, in perpetuity, royalty-free and without restriction of any kind. Wholesale account holder acknowledges the ownership and validity of Company’s copyrights, brands, trademarks, trade dress and patent rights, whether or not created by or contributed to by wholesale account holder.



Rise Above Fitness LLC may terminate this agreement for any reason, or for no reason at any time by giving wholesale customer at least 30 days’ prior notice. Notice is to be delivered by Rise Above Fitness LLC to wholesale customer's mailing address as listed on their initially submitted wholesale application.  Notice is to be deemed to be completed upon dispatch. Wholesale customer is responsible to inform Rise Above Fitness LLC by sending an email to of any address change within 5 business days of said change.
