Our OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP is perfect for those who are looking for a gym where you can train heavy and train hard. Surround yourself with likeminded individuals in an environment where not only do we lift heavy, but where our RAF family comes to unwind, socialize, and recharge.

IMPACT (Infused Metabolic Power and Circuit Training) was created by Rise Above Fitness owner and founder, Brandan Schieppati. IMPACT is a unique blend of classic bodybuilding, Olympic lifting and strength and conditioning principles geared toward building muscle and losing fat. IMPACT is an awesome introduction to weightlifting yet, designed to challenge even those who have had years of experience in the gym. IMPACT will maximize your training and push you to be a better you. Train like an athlete, look like an athlete.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING is developed by Rise Above Fitness owner and founder, Brandan Schieppati, who will work side by side with each client to create their own personalized program. working with clients, Brandan has perfected Custom Programing by carefully crafting, one of-a-kind workouts that are tailored specifically to each client’s individual goals, as well as experience, injuries, and/or restrictions. If you’re looking for guidance, motivation, and someone to hold you accountable throughout your fitness journey, Rise Above Fitness Custom Program Membership is a fit for you.
