IMPACT Group Personal Training was created by Rise Above Fitness owner, Brandan Schieppati, and designed to meet the needs for all fitness levels. IMPACT Group Personal Training is an awesome introduction to working with weights yet, designed to challenge even those who have had years of experience in the gym. 
What does IMPACT mean? 
IMPACT means: Infused Metabolic Power and Circuit Training

What is IMPACT Group Personal Training? 
IMPACT Group Personal Training is semi-private training in small groups, programmed by Brandan. IMPACT training allows Brandan to work with more clientele while offering a one-on-one hands on approach when working with clients. 

What type of training is IMPACT? 
Simply, IMPACT training focuses on Brandan's training methods that include Power, Strength, Conditioning, and Metabolic Hypertrophy. 

What does IMPACT training include? 
All IMPACT Group Personal Training clients receive hands on personal training programmed by Brandan and instructed by himself and his team of personal trainers. All IMPACT clients receive:

• Full access to Rise Above Fitness during regularly scheduled business hours
• Access to all IMPACT Group Training Sessions (28+ sessions offered weekly)
• IMPACT Training Program (program will change every 3-6 weeks)
• Monthly Body Fat Testing and Measurements
• Nutrition Guide
    Do you offer any IMPACT classes for women? 
    YES! We recently created a women's group personal training class, the IRON MAIDENS! 
    the IRON MAIDENS Group Personal Training is a class designed specifically for women of all fitness levels. the IRON MAIDENS Group Personal Training will take the intimidation factor of out the gym and introduce women to proper weight lifting.

    the IRON MAIDENS is designed to introduce women of all fitness levels to proper weight lifting which will result in weight loss and total body transformation; decrease body fat %; increase strength, stamina, and energy; get toned and defined muscles; build a strong core; positively increase overall fitness and health in a motivating and fun environment. This class is designed for all women and their friends! 

    All the IRON MAIDENS clients receive hands on personal training programmed by Rise Above Fitness owner, Brandan Schieppati and is instructed by his partner, Lindsey Hansen; and includes:

    • Full access to Rise Above Fitness during regularly scheduled business hours
    • Access to all the IRON MAIDENS Group Training Sessions (open sessions offered weekly)
    • the IRON MAIDENS Training Program (program will change every 3-6 weeks)
    • Monthly Fitness Evaluation and Measurements
    • Nutrition / Supplement Guide
